Activities

I provide a balance of and indoor and outdoor activities so that the children in my care enjoy a wide variety of stimulation and learning opportunities.

I have a comprehensive range of toys and equipment to suit all ages and stages of development.

Children learn through play as it helps to develop self-esteem, build up confidence and improve social skills.

Indoor activities
Children have access to all toys and equipment and are encouraged to choose for themselves what they would like to play with.

These activities include arts and crafts, playdoh, puzzles, flash cards, lego, duplo, role-play, dressing up, play food and shop, cars, trains, dolls, musical instruments, animals, shape sorting, pop ups, baby treasure basket, bricks, books, board games and cooking.

Outdoor activities
The children have access to a safe and secure enclosed garden.
They enjoy playing with the sand and water table, playhouse, bats, balls, sit on toys and the scooters.

Outings
The children take part in a variety of outings including trips to Children Centre's, Toddler groups, the local libraries, parks and woods.
